Occasionally, I have completed commissions. These usually are based on themes similar to my own work though I have completed the odd moody landscape. Here are some examples of the commissions I have worked on in recent years.

Chandos Motors, Earlsdon, Coventry. 2022. Mixed Media on panel.
This was a piece created from old and new images put together. Each of the buildings means something special and this car garage has since been demolished.

The Lakes 2013. This was not a commission, but a landscape I painted when I was once made redundant as an art teacher from a small school in Coventry. This painting encapsulates the emotion I felt at that time. It’s a mixed media study painted onto canvas board. I was very angry at the time and churned this out in a week, It is my largest painting and shows the moody sky over Lake Derwent.
